Make the first load count.

Start with the small loop: sweep, deliver, sell, upgrade. Prove that loop before stretching a conveyor across half the Moon.

1.0.4
Returning to an older save?

JOONAS no longer needs dock trips. It sends capsules to the nearest catcher and should keep cleaning while you’re elsewhere on the Moon.

  1. 01

Get a load of lunar dust

Use your starter tool on dusty ground. Keep an eye on storage so you know when it is time to deliver.

  2. 02

    Deliver it and get paid

Take the collected dust to a depot and launch the shipment. Selling dust funds the next tool and capacity upgrades.

  3. 03

    Upgrade the slow part

If sweeping takes too long, inspect tool upgrades. If you spend more time carrying than cleaning, look at storage and the return route. Choose for the bottleneck you can see.

  4. 04

Replace the walk with a belt

Build a short packager line to a base hatch and send one load through it. Follow the packager setup.

  5. 05

    Automate, then process

Once transport works, move on to JOONAS and a catcher. Add processing only when you can keep its materials and power supply moving.

Where can I play Moon Sweepers?

The official Steam listing is for Windows PC. Check Steam for requirements, current price and purchase. This companion site does not host the game.

Can I play alone?

Yes. Steam lists single-player as well as online co-op for up to 16 players. Use the solo progression guide to choose manageable goals and build one reliable route.

Which guide should I use first?

Use the packager guide if hauling dust is the problem. Use JOONAS when you want automatic collection. Use power and processing when the machines are built but the line keeps stopping.

Are these official guides?

No. This is an independent companion. Guides use developer updates, attributed player demonstrations and community questions. Read how the guides are sourced.
